Diplomová práce popisuje současný stav odpadového hospodářství, jeho strukturu a příslušné právní úpravy na mezinárodní, evropské a státní úrovni. Další část práce analyzuje produkci a nakládání s odpady v České republice, Jihomoravském kraji a městě Brně a následně analyzuje nakládání s odpady v městské části Brno Nový Lískovec. The diploma thesis describes current framework of waste management, its structure and legal regulations on international, European and state level. In the next part the thesis analyzes production and handling with waste in Czech republic, South-Moravian region and in Brno and then there is an analysis of handling with waste in city district Brno Nový Lískovec.
