Bakalářská práce je soustředěna na analýzu financování podniku. V rámci teoretické části práce je zpracována literární rešerše tohoto tématu. Popisuje zdroje financování a přístupy k financování podniku, především optimální kapitálovou strukturu a zlatá pravidla financování. V praktické části je provedena analýza společnosti IMPERA styl, a.s. pomocí metod dotazování a finanční analýzy. V závěru práce je navržena optimální kapitálová struktura podniku a finanční cíle. The Bachelor Thesis is focused on analysis of company financing. Within the theoretical part of the thesis, literary research of the financing topic is elaborated. Theoretical part desribes sources of financing and approaches to business financing, especially it describes optimal capital structure and golden rule of financing. In the practical part of thesis, there is analysis of company IMPERA styl made using methods of interview and financial analysis. At the end of the thesis an optimal capital structure of the company and financial goals are proposed.
