Tématem této bakalářské práce je analýza vývoje vinařství v obci Zaječí. V literární rešerši jsou vymezeny základní pojmy týkající se révy vinné, od sklizně až po konečnou výrobu vín. Vlastní práce je primárně zaměřena na rozbor historického vývoje vinařství, na který navazuje analýza současného stavu a dále charakterizuje přírodní podmínky této oblasti. V práci se vychází z vlastních zkušeností, nasbíraných informací a vypracované SWOT analýzy. Finálním krokem je podání návrhu přispívající k rozvoji vinařství v obci a celkovému pozitivnímu dopadu na krajinu i život obyvatel. Na základě dostupných dat bylo zjištěno, že tradice vinařství současně s vinařskou turistikou má v obci vysoký potenciál a měla by se tedy nadále podporovat. The topic of this following thesis is the analysis of the wine development in Zaječí area. In the literature part are specified the basic terms about a grapewine, from the harvest until the final creation of a wine. My own work is primarily focused on analysis of the historic development of the wine tradition on which is then made an analysis which describes the current situation and then characterizes the natural conditions of this area. This thesis is based on my experiences, gathered information and on a SWOT analysis. The final step is a proposal which's goal is to improve the development of the wine cul-ture and the overall positive impact on the life in this area. Based on the gathered infor-mation it was found out that this village has a very strong potetinal and therefore it still should be supported in the future.
