cze Abstract:
Validovaný bilineární elasto-plastický materiálový model byl úspěšně verifikován (%chyby = 7%) a implementován do komplexního řešení numerického plátového spoje s hmoždíky a kolíkem. The bachelor thesis deals with problems of all-wooden construction joint with wooden fasteners. Specifically, it is a plate joint with oak dowels and a pin which is stressed by pulling. To assess the overall response of the joint, it was necessary to experimentally determine the selected mechanical properties of oak (Quercus L.) on basic standard samples for pressure, pull, shear and bending. Determination of the relative deformations and displacements entering the calculations of the material characteristics was performed by the Digital Image Correction (DIC) method. The parameters thus obtained serve to: a) determine the material characteristics; (B) validation of the material model using basic numerical test models. For the subsequent evaluation of the overall response of the plate joint, it was necessary to assemble and verify an oak material model that allows the description of the elastic and plastic area of the working diagram. The validated bilinear elastoplastic material model has been successfully verified (% error = 7%) and implemented in a complex solution of the numeral plate joint with dowels and pin.
