Diplomová práce porovnává výskyt toxických kovů v půdách v bývalém Barnovsko-Rudoltovickém rudném revíru. První část diplomové práce zahrnuje literární rešerši, vymezení vybraných toxických kovů, jejich mobilitu, historii těžby olověných rud na území Oderských vrchů a vyme-zení možného antropogenního zdroje těchto kovů v uvedené lokalitě. Poslední část lite-rární rešerše se zabývá legislativními požadavky na obsah kontaminantů v půdě dané zákony a jejich prováděcími vyhláškami MŽP. Experimentální část diplomové práce je zaměřena na laboratorní zpracování 22 odebra-ných vzorků půd v klíčové oblasti, jejich analýzu pomocí rentgenofluorescenčního ana-lyzátoru, porovnání přirozeného výskytu toxických kovů s antropogenní kontaminací a zhodnocení podle platných právních předpisů ČR. Thesis compares the occurrence of toxic metals in soils in the former Barnov-Rudoltovice ore district. The first part includes a literature review, definition of selected toxic metals, their mo-bility, the history of mining of lead ores on the territory of the Oder hills and delimita-tion-ment potential anthropogenic sources of toxic metals in this area. The last part of lite-agrarian research deals with the legislative requirements for the content of contami-nants in the soil of the laws and their implementing regulations of the Ministry of Envi-ronment. Experimental work is focused on laboratory processing 22-tion of taken soil samples in the key areas of analysis by XRF, comparison of the natural occurrence of toxic metals and anthropogenic contamination assessment under the applicable laws of the Czech Republic.
