Žabková, T. Trendy ve spotřebě potravin v České republice a na Slovensku. Diplomová práce. Brno: Mendelova univerzita v Brně, 2020. Tato diplomová práce se zabývá vývojovými tendencemi ve spotřebě potravin v České republice od roku 1989 až po současné období. Prostřednictvím regresní analýzy jsou zjišťovány základní trendy ve spotřebě vybraných druhů potravin na jednoho obyvatele v uvedených zemích. Součástí práce je zhodnocení a srovnání peněžních výdajů na potraviny českých a slovenských domácností zaměstnanců, osob samostatně výdělečně činných a důchodců. Rostoucí trend se ukázal ve spotřebě ovoce, zeleniny, drůbežího masa a sýrů. Naopak, spotřeba klesala u chleba, vepřového a hovězího masa, kravského mléka, másla, vajec a brambor. Empirickou analýzou byl prokázán významný vliv spotřebních zvyklostí z předchozího období na peněžní výdaje na potraviny českých i slovenských domácností. Žabková, T. This diploma thesis deals with the development trends in food consumption in the Czech and Slovak Republic from 1989 to the present period. The basic trends in consumption per capita of chosen food types in these countries are ascertained through the regression analysis. Part of this work is evaluation and comparison of money expenses for food of Czech and Slovak households of employees, self-employed persons and pensioners. A growing trend has been shown in consumption of fruit, vegetables, poultry meat and cheese. On the other hand, consumption of following meals has during previous years decreased: bread, pork, beef, cow´s milk, butter, eggs and potatoes. The empirical analysis has clearly demonstrated that consumption trends of previous period significantly influence how much are Slovak and Czech households spending on food.
