Tvrdoňová M. Právní a manažerské souvislosti on-line rezervačního systému. Brno: Mendelova univerzita v Brně, 2018. Tato bakalářská práce se zabývá on-line rezervačními systémy a jejich vztahy s ubytovacími zařízeními. Teoretická část popisuje vývoj cestovního ruchu v ČR a jeho moderní trendy. Dále jsou zde popsány druhy ubytovacích zařízení a jejich právní úpravy, vliv internetu na on-line obchod, druhy prodeje přes internet a jaké druhy rezervačních systémů jsou. Praktická část se skládá z kvantitativního dotazníku pro hotely o rezervačních portálech a kvalitativního dotazníku pro bližší seznámení s touto problematikou. Cílem této práce je navrhnout hotelům vhodná doporučení pro práci s rezervačními portály. This bachelor thesis deals with online reservation systems and their relationship with accommodation facilities. The theoretical part describes development of tourism in Czech Republic and its modern trends. Second part describes accommodation facilities and their types, legislation of accommodation facilities, types of internet sales, the impact of internet and types of reservation systems. The practical part analyzes quantitative questionnaire about reservation systems and qualitative questionnaire for hotel employees to a closer acquaintance with this issue. The main goal of this thesis is to create the appropriate recommendations for hotel to work with reservation systems.
