Cílem bakalářské práce je navržení obchodní strategie rozvoje pro ubytovací zaří-zení, které se nachází na jižní Moravě. Práce je rozdělena na tři části. V první z nich, Literární rešerši, je vysvětlena základní terminologie strategického řízení. Druhá část se zabývá analýzou vnějšího a vnitřního prostředí a taká analýzou klíčových zájmových skupin, které odhalují příležitosti a hrozby a silné a slabé stránky. Na základě analýz je sestavena SWOT matice, ze které jsou navrženy strategie sloužící jako podklad k rozvoji majiteli podniku. Poslední část je věnována diskuzi návrhů a závěru. The aim of this bachelor thesis is to develop a business strategy for a hotel located in Southern Moravia. Bachelor thesis is divided into three parts. The basic termi-nology of strategic management is explained in the first part, Literary Review. The second part deals with the analysis of internal and external environment and anal-ysis of the key stakeholders as well, which reveal strengths and weaknesses and opportunities and threats. Based on results from analyses, SWOT is compiled and then, strategies are proposed. The results are served as a basis for the develop-ment of the business owner. The last part discusses the designed solutions.
