Tato bakalářská práce se zabývá implementací směrnice EP a Rady č. 2015/2302 o souborných cestovních službách a spojených cestovních službách do českého právního řádu, jejím vlivem na ochranu cílového spotřebitele a cestovní kanceláře. První část se věnuje právnímu rámci ochrany spotřebitele v ČR a EU, teoretické transpozici zákona do legislativy České republiky a možné problémy s tím spojené. Druhá část vysvětluje důvody vzniku směrnice, hlavní změny oproti staré směrnici č. 90/314/EHS, ovlivněné oblasti a dopady na činnost cestovní kanceláře. PŘIBYLOVÁ, M. This bachelor thesis deals with implementation of Directive (EU) 2015/2302 of the Europian parliament and of the Council on package travel and linked travel arrangements to the legislation of Czech republic, its impact on travel agancies and target client. The first part describes legal framework of customer protection in EU and CZ, theoretical transposition of directive to the legislation of the Czech Republic and possible associated problems that might follow. The second part explains reasons of necessity of amendment to the act, main differences against directive 90/314/ECC, influenced areas and impact on travel agency activities.
