Bakalářská práce se zabývá analýzou současné komunikační strategie konkrétního rodinného vinařství, a následně navržením strategie nové. Práce je rozdělena na dvě části, a to na literární rešerši a analytickou část. V literární rešerši jsou objasněny nejdůležitější pojmy zkoumané problematiky a srovnávány přístupy jednotlivých autorů v dané oblasti. Poznatky z literární rešerše slouží jako podklad v analytické část, kde je konkrétní rodinné vinařství detailně představeno a dále je proveden marketingový výzkum. Na základě získaných informací je vypracován marketingový komunikační plán. The bachelor thesis deals with the analysis of the current communication strategy of a specific family winery, and then with the proposed new strategy. The thesis is divided into two parts: literary research and analytical part. In the literary research, the most important concepts of the studied subject are elucidated and the approaches of individual authors in the given field are compared. The findings from the literary research serve as a basis in the analytical part, where the specific family viticulture is presented in detail and marketing research is carried out. Based on the information obtained, a marketing communication plan is developed.
