Diplomová práce se zabývá tvorbou a ověřením výukového programu základních technik aikidó využitelných u mládeže mladšího školního věku. Práce je rozdělena na teoretickou a výzkumnou část a je doplněna potřebnou fotodokumentací. Teoretická část práce zahrnuje historii, metodiku a didaktiku tréninku v aikidó. Dále se soustředí na rozbor a metodiku pádové techniky, bez které nelze cvičit techniky aikidó. Výzkumná část se zabývá aplikací programu u žáků 1. stupně základní školy po dobu tří měsíců a následným ověřením pohybových schopností pomocí Eurofit testu.\\ Thesis concerns of creation and verification of Aikido basic techniques training programme, which is applied on children attending first to four year of elementary school. Diploma work consists of theoretical and research part and is completed with photographic documentation. Theoretical part of the work covers history, methodology and didactics of Aikido training. This part of the work is further focused on analysis and methodology of fall techniques, which are necessary for managing aikido techniques. Research part of the work concerns on programme application on pupils attending first to four year of elementary school. Lenght of the programme is three months and pupil´s physical ability is after it verified by Eurofit test.\\
