Tato bakalářská práce se zaměřuje na možnosti oceňování zásob vlastní výroby v zemědělství. V teoretické části jsou popsány zásoby, náklady a kalkulace. Tyto teoretické poznatky jsou později aplikované v konkretním zemědělském podniku Školní podnik Žabčice, který produkuje živočišnou i rostlinnou výrobu. Výsledkem bakalářské práce je prezentace kalkulace nákladů v živočišné a rostlinné výrobě a porovnává teoretické kalkulační postupy s postupem konkrétního zemědělského podniku. Hodnotí zjištěné odlišnosti mezi teorií a praxí a navzájem je porovnává. This bachelor’s thesis focuses on possibility of appraisement of stocks one’s own production. In the theoretical part I have defined stocks, expenses and calculations. These theoretical knowledges are applied in particular agricultural company ŠZP Žabčice, which produces animal and vegetable production. The result of the bachelor’s thesis is a demonstration of the calculation of costs in animal and vegetable production and comparison of calculation methods to methods in specific agricultural company. It evaluates known differences between theory and practice and compares each other.
