Čáp, M. Návrh inovace personálního informačního systému v call centru. Diplomová práce. Brno: Mendelova univerzita v Brně, 2018. Diplomová práce se zabývá výběrem dodavatele personálního informačního sys-tému, který bude vhodný pro call centra a vyřeší problémy se získáváním zaměst-nanců a jejich následným udržením v podniku. První část práce obsahuje teoretic-ká východiska a důležité pojmy pro pochopení problematiky. Druhá část se zabý-vá modelovým podnikem, na kterém je aplikovaná situační analýza pro zjištění vlivů, které na call centrum působí. Na základě situační analýzy a zjištěných poža-davků pracovníků call centra je proveden samotný výběr personálního informač-ního systému. V závěru a diskusi jsou shrnuty získané poznatky a prodiskutovány omezující faktory a limity práce. Cap, M. Proposal of innovation of the personnel information system in call centre. Thesis. This thesis deals with the selection of a distributor of a personnel information system which will be apt for call centres and will be able to solve problems re-garding obtaining and keeping employees within the company. First part of the thesis consists of the theoretical base to provide better understanding of the sub-ject. The other part deals with a model company onto which a situation analysis of call centre influences is applied. Based on the situation analysis and a detection of employees’ requests, the selection of the personnel information system is made. At the end of the thesis, obtained knowledge is summarised and limiting factors and work limits are discussed.
