Malíková, Z. Systém kvality služieb cestovného ruchu na Slovensku. Diplomová práca. Brno: Mendelova univerzita v Brne, 2019. Diplomová práca sa zaoberá problematikou národného systému kvality služieb v cestovnom ruchu na Slovensku. Hlavným cieľom práce je zhodnotiť povedomie o SSKS v CR medzi spotrebiteľmi a medzi poskytovateľmi služieb. Medzi vedľajšie ciele práce patrí zistenie dopadov certifikácie na nákup a predaj služieb a vykonaná bude i komparácia medzi obdobným systémom kvality služieb v Českej republike. Na základe výsledkov dotazníkového šetrenia, v ktorom bolo zozbieraných 501 validných odpovedí, boli vyhodnotené faktory, ktoré spotrebitelia najčastejšie hodnotia pri rozhodovaní sa o nákupu služby v cestovnom ruchu. Na záver práce sú uvedené odporúčania pre Ministerstvo dopravy a výstavby Slovenskej republiky, vychádzajúce z výsledkov dotazníkového šetrenia. Malíková, Z. The main aim is to evaluate the awareness of consumers and service providers about the SSKS in tourism. Secondary aims of this thesis include the identification of the impact of certification on purchases and sales of services, and a comparison with the analogous system of the quality of services in tourism in the Czech Republic. In terms of outcomes from the survey, in which were collected 501 valid answers, were evaluated factors, which are the most common for consumers to consider in the process of decision making considering services in tourism. At the closure of the thesis are stated recommendations for the Ministry of Transport and construction of the Slovak Republic, which are based on the results of the survey.
