Mihhailova, P. Marketing communication proposition for the firm “Gerezman” Bachelor thesis. Brno: Mendel University in Brno, 2018. The main objective of this bachelor thesis is to define marketing communication recommendations for the company, specialising on grave maintenance in Armenia. The survey conducted for this thesis was collected via online questionnaire around the world, aiming at ethnic Armenians. The results allow small companies in unpopular fields of work to identify possible reasons for communication failure they are experiencing with their customers. This work resulted in a new webpage design and Facebook communication strategy for the studied company. Mihhailova, P. Návrh marketingové komunikace a její vliv na výkonnost společnosti Gerezman. Bakalářská práce. Brno: Mendelova niverzita v Brně, 2018. Hlavním cílem teto bakalářské práce je definováni marketingové kampaně pro společnost specializující se na údržbu hrobů v Arménii. V rámci této práce bylo vykonáno dotazníkové šetřeni zaměřené na osoby arménské národnosti. Výsledky této práce umožní společnostem podnikajícím v méně populárních oborech identifikovat způsoby zlepšení v marketingové komunikaci s jejich zákazníky. Výstupem práce je grafický návrh webové stránky a návrh strategie komunikace na sociálních mediích (Facebook) studované společnosti.
