Předkládaná diplomová práce má za úkol stanovit obvyklé náklady a ceny těžebních prací v lesním hospodářství. Ve výzkumné části se práce zaměřuje na konkrétní metody tvorby cen. Popisuje analýzu jednotlivých položek vstupujících do těžebních technologií, zabývá se výkonovými normami, které jsou hodnoceny pomocí metodologické části výzkumu. Navrhuje nový kalkulační model, který vychází z průzkumu analýzy trhu. Výsledkem je zhodnocení používání výkonových norem v praxi a popis vytvořeného kalkulačního modelu, který pracuje na bázi vícestupňové kalkulace s příspěvkem na úhradu. This diploma thesis is intended to determine the usual costs and price of logging operations in forestry. In the research part, the thesis focuses on individual pricing methods. It describes the analysis of individual items entering the logging technologies. It deals with the performance standards that are evaluated using the methodological part of the research and also proposes a new calculation model based on the results of the market analysis. The result is an evaluation of the use of performance standards in practice and a description of the created calculation model which works on the basis of a multi-stage calculation with a contribution margin.
