Bakalářská práce je zaměřena na problematiku hospodářské koncepce lesa trvale plně tvořivého (Dauerwald) ve vztahu k lesnické legislativě v České republice. Práce upozorňuje na právní překážky hospodaření dle alternativních metod hospodářské úpravy lesa pro strukturálně bohaté lesy a nastiňuje na podkladě rámcových směrnic hospodaření pro výběrné lesy některé návrhy změn legislativy včetně zakotvení alternativní metody hospodářské úpravy pro bohatě strukturované lesy. The bachelor thesis addresses the economic concept of the permanently fully creative forest (Dauerwald) in relation to forestry legislation in the Czech Republic. The thesis draws attention to legal constraints to alternative methods of forest management for rich-structure forests and outlines, on the basis of the framework guidelines for selective forest management, some proposals for legislation changes from the point of view of finalizing the legislative frameworks for the close-to-nature forestry, including implementation of an alternative forest planning method for rich-structure forests.
