[cze][eng] Tématem bakalářské práce je bezpečnost a ochrana žáků na středních školách. Konkrétním cílem textu je poznat, popsat a interpretovat zabezpečení a ochranu žáků jedné konkrétní střední odborné školy v Jihomoravském kraji z hlediska jejich ohrožení z vnějšího prostředí. Teoretická část práce na základě studia odborné literatury definuje a popisuje pojmy bezpečnost, zabezpečení, zákony, metodiky a normy s touto problematikou spojené. Dále se zabývá nejčastěji vyskytujícími se problémy v komplexním zabezpečení školy. Cílem teoretické části je představit tuto problematiku. Pozornost přitom zaměřuji zejména na zajištění zabezpečení neoprávněných vstupů do budovy školy v souvislosti s možným napadením žáků školy. Pro její zpracování jsem zvolil metody analýzy, komparace a následné syntézy informací získaných studiem odborné literatury. Praktická část bude obsahovat výsledky průzkumu, který bude založen na kvalitativním přístupu. Budou realizovány hloubkové polostrukturované rozhovory s vedením školy. Konkrétně se zástupkyní ředitelky pro odborný výcvik, vedoucím učitelem odborného výcviku a metodičkou prevence. Hlavní průzkumná otázka přitom zní: jakým způsobem střední odborná škola zajišťuje bezpečnost a ochranu žáků střední odborné školy z hlediska jejich vnějšího ohrožení? Na základě výsledků práce budou formulována doporučení, která se se vztahují k této problematice.The topic of this thesis is the safety and protection of students at secondary schools. The specific aim of the text is to identify, describe and interpret the security and protection of students of one particular secondary vocational school in the South Moravian Region in terms of their threat from the external environment. The theoretical part of the thesis, based on the study of professional literature, defines and describes the concepts of safety, security, laws, methodologies and standards associated with this issue. It also deals with the most common problems in complex school security. The aim of the theoretical part is to introduce this issue. In particular, I focus on ensuring the security of unauthorized entry into the school building in connection with a possible assault on school students. For its processing I chose the methods of analysis, comparison and subsequent synthesis of information obtained by studying specialized literature. The practical part will contain the results of a survey based on a qualitative approach. In-depth semi-structured interviews with school management will be implemented, specifically, the Deputy Director for Vocational Training, the Head of Vocational Training and the Prevention Methodist. The main exploratory question is: how does a secondary vocational school ensure the safety and protection of its students in terms of an external threat? Based on the results of this work recommendations that are related to this issue will be formulated.
