Diplomová práce se zabývá posouzením varianty rozvoje konkrétního podniku směrem k finalizaci potravinové vertikály a rozpracování vstupu tohoto podniku na konkrétní trh. Ze základních východisk se práce zaměřuje na vymezení charakteristik agrobiznisu, na popis probíhajících změn v rámci jeho vývoje a v neposlední řadě na metody vyhotovení podnikatelských plánů. V tomto kontextu se vlastní práce především zabývá přípravou uceleného podnikatelského plánu výroby hotových chlazených jídel, při využití možnosti integrace do stávající úspěšné komoditní sítě Farmfoods. Pozornost se věnuje rozboru podnikatelského prostředí, souvislostem, které vedly k provádění tohoto řešení, popisu konkrétního řešení ale i vyhodnocení potenciálu, přínosů a rizik navrhované řešení. Diploma thesis deals with the assessment of the development of particular company towards the finalization of the food vertical and with the elaboration of the entry of this company into a particular market. From the theoretical basis, the work focuses on the definition of the characteristics of agribusiness, the description of the ongoing changes in its development and on the methods of making business plans. In this context, the own work itself mainly deals with the preparation of a coherent business plan for the production of ready chilled meals, using the possibility of integration into the existing successful commodity chain - Farmfoods. Attention is paid to the analysis of the business environment, the context that led to the implementation of this solution, the description of the solution, but also the evaluation of the potential, benefits, risks and overall assessment of the proposed production.
