Práce se zabývá srovnáním pracovní úrazovosti v České republice a na Ukrajině. Ukazuje obecné požadavky na BOZP ze zákona, nasledně zkoumá pracovní úrazovost s pracovní neschopností a smrtelné úrazy v obou dvou státech. Nahlíží do příčin jejich vzniku a hledá opatření k předcházení těmto rizikům. Cílem je také ukázat finanční náročnost na zajištění BOZP jak v ČR, tak i na Ukrajině. The thesis deals with the comparison of work injuries in Czech Republic and in Ukraine. Shows general requirements for safety and health protection at work by law, then investigates occupational injury with work incapacity and fatal injuries in both states. Looks at the causes of their emergence and looks for measures to prevent these risks. The goal is also to show the financial difficulty of ensuring work safety and health protection both in Czech Republic and in Ukraine.
