[cze][eng] Diplomová práce je zaměřená na pozorování a následné hodnocení vybraných fenologických a pomologických znaků v genofondu meruněk (Prunus armeniaca L.). Celkem bylo hodnoceno 35 genotypů v průběhu roku 2018 na pozemku Zahradnické fakulty v Lednici, Mendelovy univerzity v Brně. Kromě jednotlivých fenofází byly také hodnoceny i znaky listů, plodů, pecek nebo jader. Teoretická část této práce se zabývá celkovým popisem meruněk. Poskytuje přehled o jejich historii a původu, botanický popis, ale i informace o způsobu pěstování, obsahových látkách nebo také o situaci pěstování a šlechtění meruněk na území České republiky i ve světě. Obsahuje také informace o nejčastěji se vyskytujících chorobách a škůdcích, které meruňky postihují. V praktické části jsou hodnoceny jednotlivé znaky odrůd meruněk podle Klasifikátoru pro ovocný druh Armeniaca P. MILL. Získané výsledky hodnocení byly následně zpracovány do tabulek a graficky a statisticky vyhodnoceny. Právní doložka:Prohlašuji, že jsem práci: Hodnocení vybraných pomologických a popisných znaků hybridů a odrůd meruněk vypracoval/a samostatně a veškeré použité prameny a informace uvádím v seznamu použité literatury. Nesouhlasím, aby moje práce byla zveřejněna v souladu s § 47b zákona č. 111/1998 Sb., o vysokých školách a o změně a doplnění dalších zákonů (zákon o vysokých školách), ve znění pozdějších předpisů, a v souladu s platnou Směrnicí o zveřejňování závěrečných prací, a doporučuji odložit zveřejnění práce na dobu max. 3 let. Prohlašuji, že tištěná podoba závěrečné práce a elektronická podoba závěrečné práce zveřejněná v aplikaci Závěrečné práce v Univerzitním informačním systému je identická. Jsem si vědom/a, že se na moji práci vztahuje zákon č. 121/2000 Sb., autorský zákon, a že Mendelova univerzita v Brně má právo na uzavření licenční smlouvy a užití této práce jako školního díla podle § 60 odst. 1 autorského zákona. Dále se zavazuji, že před sepsáním licenční smlouvy o využití díla jinou osobou (subjektem) si vyžádám písemné stanovisko univerzity, že předmětná licenční smlouva není v rozporu s oprávněnými zájmy univerzity, a zavazuji se uhradit případný příspěvek na úhradu nákladů spojených se vznikem díla, a to až do jejich skutečné výše.The diploma thesis is focused on the observation and subsequent evaluation of selected phenological and pomological traits in the gene pool of apricots (Prunus armeniaca L.). A total of 35 genotypes were evaluated during 2018 on the land of the Faculty of Horticulture in Lednice, Mendel University in Brno. In addition to individual phenophases, the signs of leaves, fruits, stone, or nuclei were also evaluated. The theoretical part of this thesis deals with the overall description of apricots. It provides an overview of their history and origin, botanical description and also information about cultivation methods, content substances or also about the situation of cultivation and breeding of apricots in the Czech Republic and in the world. It also contains information about the most common diseases and pests that affect apricot trees. In the practical part there are evaluated individual characters of apricot varieties according to the Classifier for Armeniaca P. MILL. The obtained evaluation results were further elaborated into tables and evaluated graphically and statistically. Formula clause:I hereby declare that, this thesis entitled Evaluation of selected pomological and descriptive features of hybrids and apricot varieties was written and completed by me. I also declare that all the sources and information used to complete the thesis are included in the list of references. I disagree that the thesis could be made public in accordance with Article 47b of Act No. 111/1998 Coll., Higher Education Institutions and on Amendments and Supplements to Some Other Acts (the Higher Education Act), and in accordance with the current. I recommend postponing the publication of the bachelor / master thesis for a maximum of 3 years. Directive on publishing of the final thesis. I declare that the printed version of the thesis and electronic version of the thesis published in the application of the Final Thesis in the University Information System is identical. I am aware that my thesis is written in accordance to Act. 121/2000 Coll., on Copyright and therefore Mendel University in Brno has the right to conclude licence agreements on the utilization of the thesis as a school work in accordance with Article 60(1) of the Copyright Act. Before concluding a licence agreement on utilization of the work by another person, I will request a written statement from the university that the licence agreement is not in contradiction to legitimate interests of the university, and I will also pay a prospective fee to cover the cost incurred in creating the work to the full amount of such costs.
