cze Abstract:
[cze][eng] V roce 2010 proběhl experiment na pokusném pozemku Mendelovy univerzity Zahradnické fakulty v Lednici, který se nachází v Žabčicích. Pěstovány zde byly nové i tradiční odrůdy. Bylo zjištěno, že nové odrůdy byly odolné proti napadení antraknózou a tradiční odrůdy dosáhly vysokých výnosů. Odrůda 'Šparglovka sedlácká' měla nejvyšší výnosy, (HTS) a měla nejméně plodů deformovaných. Následně byly hodnoceny parametry: velikost plodu, obsah sušiny a výška rostlin. Odrůda 'Šparglovka sedlácká' měla největší plody. Odrůda 'Moravia' měla nejvyšší obsah sušiny v plodech. Odrůda 'Fatr' měla nejnižší obsah sušiny a největší vzrůstnost. Je výjimkou, protože se jedná o odrůdu popínavou. Tradiční odrůdy překonaly svými cennými vlastnostmi odrůdy tržní.In the year 2010, an experiment was made on an experimental field of the Mendel University Brno Faculty of Horticulture in Lednice, which is located in Zabcice in Moravia. There were grown new varieties and traditional varieties. It was found, that new bean varieties were resistant to attack (Colletotrichum lindemuthianum) and traditional varieties reached the high yields. ). The variety 'Maxidor' reached highest resistence to (Colletotrichum lindemuthianum). The variety 'Sparglovka sedlacka' reached the highest yields, (HTS) and had at lest deformed bean. We assessed following parameters: size of the bean, dry matter content and plant height. The variety 'Sparglovka sedlácká' reached the largest size of the common bean. The variety 'Moravia' had the highest dry matter content. The variety 'Fatr' had the lowest dry matter content and had tallest plants. Is an exception, because it is a climbing variety. Traditional varieties with their valuable properties outperformed the new varieties.
