Cílem závěrečné práce je prostudovat literaturu týkající se vlivu půdních a klimatických podmínek na révu vinnou, popsat vinařské obce Mikulčice a Lužice a provést senzorickou a základní chemickou analýzu vybraných vzorků vína. První část je věnovaná současnému stavu řešené problematiky doma a v zahraničí. Obsahuje výčet základních faktorů ovlivňující pěstování révy vinné. Dále obsahuje popis viničních tratí v obcích Mikulčice a Lužice. Následuje experimentální část se senzorickou analýzou a laboratorním rozborem vzorků vína. Práce je rozdělena do osmi částí a obsahuje 5 tabulek, 21 obrázků a 4 grafy. ABSTRACT VÝMOLOVÁ, Martina: Mikulčice and Lužice wine municipalities - Mendel University of Agriculture in Brno. Michal Kumšta. - Lednice, 2017, 46 pp. The aim of the final thesis is to study the literature on the influence of soil and climatic conditions on the vine growing, to describe the Mikulčice and Lužice wine-growing municipalities and to perform a sensory and basic chemical analysis of selected wine samples. The first part deals with the current state of the problem solved at home and abroad. It lists the basic factors affecting the cultivation of grapevine. It also contains a description of the vineyards in Mikulčice and Lužice. The experimental part follows with sensory analysis and laboratory analysis of wine samples. The work is divided into eight parts and contains 5 tables, 21 pictures and 4 charts.
