Souhrn Cílem bakalářské práce bylo prostudovat literární zdroje o plísni šedé (šedé hnilobě hroznů). Práce popisuje obecně charakteristické rysy hub, taxonomické zařazení, biologii a symptomy plísně šedé. Dále pak možnosti ochrany proti plísni šedé. Shrnula obranné reakce rostliny po napadení. Vliv plísně šedé ve všech stádiích na rostlinu a hrozny. Část práce se věnuje změnám ve složení vína, které se vyrábí z napadených hroznů, jak ve stádiu onemocnění, tak ve stádiu ušlechtilé Botrytis cinerea. V neposlední řadě se práce zabývá oblastmi s vhodnými klimatickými podmínkami pro rozvoj ušlechtilého stádia Botrytis cinerea a jedinečnými víny z ní pocházejících. Resume The aim of the bachelor thesis was to study literary sources of gray mold (graygrape rot). The thesis describes the general characteristics of fungi, taxonomic classification, biology and gray mold symptoms. Furthermore, the options of protection against the gray mold, summarization o fthe defense reactions of the plant after the attack and how the gray mold effects the plant and grapes at all stages. Part of the work payattention to changes in the composition of the wine, which is produced from infected grapes both in the stage of the disease and in the stage of noble Botrytis cinerea. Last but not least, the thesis deals with territories with suitable climatic conditions for the development of Botrytis cinerea and the unique wines from it.
