Abstract: In the paper two methods of transitional region determination for various cases of smooth or rought flat plate with free-stream or increased free-stream turbulence are shown. Estimations of the position and the lenght of transitional region based on distribution of skin friction coefficient are compared with estimations based on distribution of intermittency factor.
