Abstrakt: In this brief paper I deal with to lists of vascular plant species evaluation relate to environmental condition and morphometrical parameters of individual isolated forest fragments. Studied isolated forest fragments are located on eastern part of the Českomoravská vrchovina highlands, tree layer forms broadleaved and mixed forests near nature vegetation. At the beginning of the research I have had presumtion: isolated forest fragments area, their isolation and landscape character (landuse especially) too influence to species composition, number of vascular plant species. This reciprocal relationship was solved using regression tree models.
