Tato diplomová práce se zabývá stanovením deformačně-napěťových (D-N) stavů kyčelního kloubu se zavedenou totální endoprotézou (TEP). Tyto D-N stavy byly následně porovnány pro čtyři různé varianty dříků. Byla provedena rešeršní studie literární zdrojů zaměřena na problematiku D-N analýzy kyčle pomocí metody konečných prvků. V práci jsou popsány základy anatomie kyčelního kloubu spolu s různými variantami TEP kyčelního kloubu. Pro řešení byla zvolena metoda výpočtového modelování pomocí metody konečných prvků. Řešení bylo provedeno v softwaru ANSYS. Pro každou variantu dříku byl vytvořen výpočtový model, který se skládá z dílčích modelů geometrie, materiálu, vazeb a zatížení. Analyzovány byly posuvy kyčle, kontaktní tlak mezi hlavicí a vložkou, napětí na dřících a přetvoření stehenní kosti. Hodnocení kostní tkáně femuru bylo provedeno na základě Frostovy hypotézy mechanostatu v sedmi Gruenových zónách. This master's thesis deals with stress-strain analysis of hip joint after total hip replacement. These stress-strain states are compared between four variable stems. A research study of available literature is presented with the focus on finite element analysis of hip joints. Basics of hip's joint anatomy is described along with total endoprostheses' variants and properties. Computational modeling was chosen as a solution method using finite element analysis. The solution was executed using ANSYS software. For each stem there was created a computational model which consists of several submodels such as model of geometry, material, contacts and loading. The assesed variables were total hip displacement, contact pressure between the head and liner, stress on each stem and strain on femur. The evaluation of femur's bone tissue was accomplished on basis of Frost's mechanostat in seven Gruen zones.
