Předmětem bakalářské práce je vypracování podnikatelského plánu na založení nové restaurace. Práce se skládá ze tří částí – teoretické, analytické a návrhové. V teoretické části je provedena literární rešerše a jsou zde vymezeny důležité pojmy. V analytické části je zpracována analýza současného stavu, ke které je využita SLEPT analýza, Porterova analýza a SWOT analýza. V návrhové části je vypracovaný vlastní návrh podnikatelského plánu. Návrhová část je zakončena výhledy do budoucna. The subject of the bachelor thesis is the elaboration of a business plan for the establishment of a new restaurant. The thesis consists of three parts, a theoretical, an analytical and a proposal. The theoretical part performs a literature search and define important terms. The analytical part describes a analysis of the current situation, which uses SLEPT analysis, Porter's analysis and SWOT analysis. The proposal part describes the business plan. The proposal part ends with prospects for the future.
