Předmětem této diplomové práce je pomocí vybraných metod analyzovat zvolenou společnost, která se zabývá poskytováním technologií pro energetiku a automatizaci. Postupně je analyzováno vnější a vnitřní prostředí. Výsledkem práce je stanovení návrhů a doporučení ke zlepšení zjištěného stavu. The object of this master´s thesis is to analyse economic situation in the chosen company, which is providing technologies for energetic and automation. The external and internal structure is gradually analyzed. The result of the thesis is the identification of suggestions and recommendations for improvement of the state.
