Tato práce se zabývá studií řízení podniku, zabývajícího se převážně zakázkovou strojírenskou výrobou. Součástí práce je také analýza sloužící k odhalení nedostatků. Na základě těchto nedostatků jsou stanovena kritéria a požadavky na nový informační systém. Práce popisuje postup a harmonogram implementace nového informačního systému. V závěru je pak popsáno ekonomické zhodnocení projektu a předpokládané dopady na řízení podniku. This thesis deals with study of production process of a company that mostly deals with custom-made products of mechanical engineering. One part of the thesis is an analysis that serves to reveal weakness. Criteria and requirments for new information system are stated on the basis of the weaknesses. The thesis describes the approach and the schedule of implementation of the information system. The conclusion describes the economical evaluation of the project and the assumed impact on the management of the company.
