Předmětem bakalářské práce je popis aplikace metody QRQC jako nástroje pro řízení neshodné výroby ve společnosti Poclain Hydraulics s.r.o. V úvodu práce jsou popsány vybrané a často využívané nástroje kvality. Práce poté pokračuje obecným popisem metody QRQC. Hlavní a finální částí je rozbor užití této metody v praxi. Z dat získaných od společnosti byl určen přínos metody QRQC v rámci neshodné výroby a zákaznických reklamací. The objective of this bachelor thesis is to describe the application of the QRQC method as a tool for a non-conforming production management in Poclain Hydraulics s.r.o. company. The opening part describes selected and commonly used quality tools. The work furthermore continues with a general description of the QRQC method. The main and final part is focused on the analysis of practical use of this method. Benefits of QRQC method in terms of non-conforming production and customer claims are described, based on the data given by the company.
