Bakalářská práce na téma principy štíhlé výroby a jejich implementace pojednává o právě probíhajících změnách v montáži ve firmě ABB s.r.o. PGHV Brno – Slatina. Na základě zmapování toku materiálů a pohybu zaměstnanců na pracovišti bylo navrhnuto několik vhodných postupů pro odstranění plýtvání. Implementace doporučených opatření vedla ke snížení výrobních nákladů. This bachelor thesis deals with principles of lean production and their implementation. It reflects ongoing transformation of assembly in the company ABB s.r.o. PGHV Brno – Slatina. There were suggested several steps for waste reduction based on the tracking of material flow and worker movement.
