[cze][eng] Název bakalářské práce: Kazuistika fyzioterapeutické péče o pacienta s diagnózou cervikobrachiální syndrom Vypracoval: Viktor Shejbal Vedoucí práce: Mgr. Ilona Kučerová Cíl: Hlavním cílem bakalářské práce je objasnit problematiku cervikobrachiálního syndromu. Metodika: Tématem bakalářské práce je zpracování kazuistiky pacienta s cervikobrachiálním syndromem. Práce má dvě části, část obecnou a speciální. Část obecná se skládá z anatomie krční páteře, epidemiologie a etiologie onemocnění, dále ze symptomů onemocnění, klinického obrazu, klasifikace, diagnostiky, či z terapeutických přístupů k dané diagnóze a následné prognózy onemocnění. Nejdůležitější částí bakalářské práce je však část speciální, která věnuje pozornost konkrétní diagnóze. Obsahuje metodiku práce, anamnézu, vstupní kineziologický rozbor, krátkodobý a dlouhodobý terapeutický plán, záznamy o průběhu terapeutických jednotek, výstupní kineziologický rozbor a zhodnocení efektu terapie. The thesis has two parts, a theory and a specialized part. The theoretical part contains anatomy of cervical spine, epidemiology and etiology of the disease, the symptoms of the disease, the clinical picture, classification, diagnosis and therapeutic approaches to the given diagnosis and subsequent prognosis of the dinase. However, the most important part of the bachelor's thesis is the special part, which is to have a proper diagnosis. It contains the work methodology, anamnesis, initial kinesiological analysis, short-term and long-term therapeutic plan, progress record of therapeutic units, final kinesiological analysis and the evaluation of the effect of therapy.
