Název: Kazuistika fyzioterapeutické péče o pacienta po implantaci totální endoprotézy kyčelního kloubu Cíle: Cílem této bakalářské práce je praktické zpracování kazuistiky fyzioterapeutické péče o pacienta po totální endoprotéze kyčelního kloubu a teoretické seznámení s touto diagnózou. Shrnutí: Tato bakalářská práce je rozdělena na část teoretickou a část speciální. Teoretická část je zaměřená na diagnózu stav po totální endoprotéze kyčelního kloubu. Zabývá se obecnými informacemi o anatomii a kineziologii kyčelního kloubu, poznatky o koxartróze, aloplastice kyčelního kloubu a léčebné rehabilitaci. Speciální část obsahuje kazuistiku fyzioterapeutické péče o pacienta po implantaci totální endoprotézy kyčelního kloubu. Zahrnuje vstupní kineziologický rozbor, krátkodobý a dlouhodobý fyzioterapeutický plán, průběh terapeutických jednotek, výstupní kineziologický rozbor a zhodnocení efektu terapie. Summary: This bachelor's thesis is divided into theoretical part and specialized part. Theoretical part focuses on diagnosing a condition following a total hip endoprostheses. It covers general information about anatomy and kinesiology of a hip joint, findings about coxarthrosis, alloplastic implantation of a hip joint and rehabilitation. Specialized part of this work presents the case study in the physical therapy on a patient post total hip endoprostheses. It includes the initial kinesiological analysis, short-term and long-term plan of physical therapy, course of physical therapy sessions, final kinesiological analysis and factual evaluation of therapy.
