Tématem diplomové práce je vývoj politiky Průmyslu 4.0 v České republice. Hlavní myšlenkou této iniciativy je reakce na nastupující čtvrtou průmyslovou revoluci, která dle názorů celé řady expertů neovlivní pouze výrobní prostředky, ale i celou společnost. Samotný Průmysl 4.0 je tak značně heterogenní, a dotýká se nejen proměny výrobních prostředků a změn na trhu práce, ale také vzdělávací politiky nebo digitalizace státní správy. Jde tedy o problematiku, která je náplní fungování širokého spektra aktérů v různých oblastech veřejné politiky. Cílem této diplomové práce je analýza agendy Průmyslu 4.0 u vybraných hlavních představitelů, kteří na toto téma reagují (z řad formalizovaných institucí). Otázkou, na kterou se diplomová práce snaží odpovědět, je, co můžeme očekávat od nastupující čtvrté průmyslové revoluce v České republice a jaké hrozby, a naopak přínosy, lze očekávat. Výzkumná část se zabývá popsáním aktuálních cílů politiky Průmyslu 4.0 v České republice, požadovaným stavem a momentální podobou cesty, jak tohoto stavu dosáhnout. Práce je založena na kvalitativním přístupu. Výzkum byl realizován prostřednictvím studie veřejněpolitických dokumentů (strategie, akční plány a dlouhodobé záměry), expertních rozhovorů a návštěvou specializovaných konferencí. The topic of the diploma thesis is the development of the policy of Industry 4.0 in the Czech Republic. The main idea of this initiative is to respond to the coming fourth industrial revolution, which will affect not only the means of production, but also society. The concept of Industry 4.0 is thus very heterogeneous, affecting not only the change in the means of production and changes in the labor market, but also educational policy or the digitization of public administration. It is therefore an important issue that is the focus of the functioning of a wide range of actors in various areas of public policy. The aim of this diploma thesis is to analyze the agenda of Industry 4.0 with selected main representatives who respond to this topic (from the ranks of formalized institutions). The question that the thesis tries to answer is what can we expect from the coming fourth industrial revolution in the Czech Republic and what threats, and conversely the benefits, can be expected. The research part is focused on introduction of Industry 4.0 policies in the Czech Republic and its current form.
