1 ABSTRAKT BAKALÁŘSKÉ PRÁCE Jméno, příjmení: Simona Bartošová Vedoucí práce: Bc. Zuzana Rodová, M.Sc. Název bakalářské práce: Role ergoterapie u nevidomých osob Abstrakt bakalářské práce: Bakalářská práce pojednává o problematice nevidomých osob z pohledu ergoterapeuta. Hlavním cílem je zjistit, jaká je role ergoterapie u dospělých nevidomých osob v České republice v oblasti soběstačnosti. Práce je rozdělena na dvě části, teoretickou a praktickou. První, teoretická část se zabývá anatomií a fyziologií zraku, dělením zrakových vad a jejich nejčastějšími příčinami, a popisuje intervenci ergoterapeuta v oblasti soběstačnosti, kognitivních funkcí, hodnocení prostředí a v oblasti pracovního uplatnění. V druhé, praktické části je zpracováno pět kazuistik, ve kterých je uvedena anamnéza, ergoterapeutické vyšetření, zhodnocení soběstačnosti klientů, a následné vytvoření návrhu terapií. Dílčím cílem je vytvořit propagační materiál oboru ergoterapie u nevidomých osob. Výstupem z toho je leták, shrnující klíčové informace, který lze použít k propagaci práce ergoterapeuta s touto cílovou skupinou. Title of bachelor thesis: The Role of Occupational Therapy in Work with Blind People Abstract of bachelor thesis: This bachelor's thesis is concerned with methods of occupational therapy and their work with blind people. The first aim of this thesis is to find the role of occupational therapy in work with adult blind people in the field of self-sufficiency. The work is divided into two parts, theoretical and practical. The first one describes anatomy and physiology of vision, division of visual impairments and their most frequent causes, occupational therapist's intervention in the field of self-sufficiency, cognitive function, assessment of the environment and in the field of employment. The practical part contains five case studies of blind clients which describes case history, occupational therapist assessment, assessment of self- sufficiency and then plan of therapy. The partial aim is to make promotional material which could be used for promotion occupational therapist's work with blind people.
