Abstract: Modern research in cell biology requires utilization of advanced tools of systems biology as only the deep understanding of various signaling pathways in cells brings substantial information for setting up a targeted therapy for genetic disorders or cancer. Therefore, in silico modelling became an inseparable part of the cell research. Here, I present novel simple-to-control software to analyze and visualize a human cell colony dynamics based on cell cycle regulation and principles of known signaling pathways allowing a simulation of tumor cells proliferation in healthy tissue. The tool available at Github is written in C++ and utilizes OpenGL for visualization.
