Abstract: The aim of this study is a designation of a multitarget drug for a treatment of schizophrenia with the least number of adverse drug interactions. Using Cytoscape software and DrugBank database we have examined currently used schizophrenia drugs and their targets in human body. The acquired knowledge led to a design of an antipsychotic type of a drug chemically based on benzenoids or azacyclic compounds with better overall characteristics.
