Předmětem bakalářské práce je vypracování projektové dokumentace pro provedení stavby bytového domu na okraji městské časti Prštné města Zlín. Objekt je navržen jako samostatně stojící ve svažitém terénu na parcele č. 550/144. Bytový dům je situován bezbariérovým vchodem na severovýchod. Stavba má 4 nadzemní a 1 podzemní podlaží a nachází se v ní celkem 10 bytových jednotek s celkovou kapacitou 29 osob. Konstrukčně je budova navržena jako tradiční zděná stavba. Obvodové zdivo, stejně jako vnitřní nosné zdivo je z cihelných tvárnic a obvodové suterénní zdivo je z betonových tvarovek ztraceného bednění. Objekt je opatřen kontaktním zateplovacím systémem ETICS. Stropní konstrukce jsou navrženy jako železobetonové monolitické desky. Objekt je založen na základových pasech z prostého betonu. Střecha je řešena jako plochá jednoplášťová, odvodnění je zajištěno pomocí vpustí vedených v instalačních šachtách. The aim of the bachelor thesis is to develop the design documentation for the construction of an apartment building on the outskirts Prštné, the district of of the city of Zlín. The building is designed as free-standing in a sloping terrain on plot no. 550/144. The apartment building is situated with a barrier-free entrance to the northeast. The building has a basement and 4 above-ground floors and there are a total of 10 dwelling units with a total capacity of 29 people. The structure of the building is proposed as traditional masonry building. The external walls as well as internal walls are from brick blocks and the external walls in the basement are from concrete blocks of permanent formwork. The building is equipped with a contact thermal insulation system ETICS. The ceiling structures are designed as a reinforced concrete monolithic slabs. The building is based on foundation strips made of plain concrete. The roof structure is designed as a warm flat roof, the roof drainage is provided by drains led in the installation shafts.
