Predmetom bakalárskej práce je vypracovanie projektovej dokumentácie pre uskutočnenie stavby rodinného domu v Novom Meste nad Váhom. Stavba je v mierne svahovitom teréne. Rodinný dom je funkčne navrhnutý pre štvorčlennú rodinu s komfortným dispozičným usporiadaním. Rodinný dom je dvojpodlažný, zastrešený plochou strechou. Konštrukčný systém budovy je murovaný. Zvislé nosné konštrukcie sú z betónových tvárnic strateného debnenia a z brúsených keramických tvárnic. Vodorovné konštrukcie sú monolitické železobetónové. Obvodové steny sú zateplené kontaktným zatepľovacím systémom ETICS. Projekt bol spracovaný v programe AutoCad a ArchiCad. The aim of the bachelor ‘s thesis is to work out the design documentation for realization of the construction of the detached house in Nové Mesto nad Váhom. The building is located in slightly sloping terrain. The detached house is designed for a four membered family with a comfort dispositive organization. The house is two-floor, roofed by flat roof. The external wall walls are insulated with contact thermal insulation system ETICS. The structural system of the building is masonry. The vertical load-bearing constructions are made from concrete blocks of permanent formwork and cut ceramic blocks. The horizontal constructions in the detached house are monolithic, reinforced concrete. The project was mad in AutoCAD and ArchiCAD software application.
