Předmětem této bakalářské práce je projektová dokumentace rodinného domu s provozovnou. Objekt je umístěn v obci Vsetín, v rovinatém terénu. Stavba je rozdělena na rodinný dům a na provozovnu. Provozovna je navržena jako kadeřnictví pro jednu kadeřnici. Rodinný dům je částečně podsklepený, má dvě nadzemní patra a je zastřešen jednoplášťovou plochou střechou. Střecha nad 1.NP slouží jako terasa. Nosný systém objektu je z broušených keramických tvárnic Heluz Family 50 2in1, konstrukce 1.PP a stropy jsou monolitické železobetonové. Součástí projektové dokumentace je požárně bezpečnostní posouzení stavby, tepelně technické posouzení a posouzení na akustiku a denní osvětlení. The subject of this bachelor thesis is design documentation of a detached house with business premises. The object is located in village of Vsetín, set in flat terrain. The building is divided to the detached house and to the business premises. The business premises is designed as a hairdresser´s for one hairdresser. The detached house is with partial basement, it has two above-ground floors and its roofed with warm flat roof. The roof over 1.NP will be used as a terrace. The structural system of a building is made from ceramic blocks Heluz Family 50 2in1, structures and ceillings are made of cast-in-place reinforced concrete. The part of documentation is fire safety assessment, thermal assessment, acoustic assessment and the daylighting assessment.
