Náplní této bakalářské práce je návrh novostavby rodinného domu v obci Kašnice. Jedná se o objekt s jedním nadzemním podlažím a částečným podsklepením. Stavba je založena na základových pasech. Svislé nosné konstrukce jsou v 1.PP řešeny ze ztraceného bednění a ve zbylém nadzemním podlaží jsou navrženy z keramického zdiva. Stropy tvoří železobetonové monolitické desky. Střecha objektu je plochá jednoplášťová s vegetační vrstvou. The content of this bachelot thesis is the design of a new family house in village Kašnice. The new building has 1 above-ground floor and a partial basement. The construction is based on strip foundation. The vertical supporting structures in the patrial basement are designed from concrete formwork and the rest of vertical supporting are designed from ceramic masonry. The floor is made of cast-in-place reinforced concrete slabs. The roof of the building is warm flat with vegetation layer.
