Cílem bakalářské práce „Uplatnění absolventů oboru Městské inženýrství na trhu práce v EU“ je stanovit možnosti uplatnění absolventů tohoto oboru na trhu práce v EU. Tato práce se věnuje problematice možnosti uplatnění na trhu práce v Evropské unii. Obor městské inženýrství je v České republice poměrně mladý obor, který našel své uplatnění a zatřízení na trhu práce v EU. Tato práce prozkoumává trhy práce v členských zemích Evropské unie a porovnává možnosti uplatnění na trhu práce v členských zemích a České republice. První část bakalářské práce se zabývá teoretickou částí, která popisuje jednotlivé pojmy vztahující se k tomuto tématu. Další část práce tvoří část praktická, kde je na základě hypotéz vyhodnoceno dotazníkové šetření a zpracován řízený rozhovor s panem starostou, který zastupuje vedoucí pozici ve veřejné správě. The aim of the bachelor's thesis "Employment of graduates of the field of Urban Engineering in the EU labor market" is to determine the possibilities of employment of graduates of this field in the EU labor market. This work deals with the issue of employment in the European Union. The field of urban engineering is a relatively young field in the Czech Republic, which has found its application and classification on the labor market in the EU. This work examines the labor markets in the member states of the European Union and compares the possibilities of employment in the labor market in the member states and the Czech Republic. The first part of the bachelor thesis deals with the theoretical part, which describes the various concepts related to this topic. The next part of the work is the practical part, where based on hypotheses, a questionnaire survey is evaluated and a controlled interview with the mayor, who represents a leading position in public administration.
