Tato bakalářská práce se zabývá urbanistickým konceptem dostavby městského bloku a dále architektonickým návrhem dvou vybraných městských domů. Prvním krokem bylo nalezení vhodného prostorového uspořádání a stavebního programu. Studie respektuje modifikaci ulice z návrhu oceněného 2. cenou v ideové soutěži na Mendlovo náměstí (2018). Další podstatnou částí bylo vytvoření optimálního dispozičního řešení jednotlivých podlaží. Součástí architektonické studie je organizace parteru a navazujícího veřejného prostoru, návrh vnitrobloku i parkování. This bachelor project focuses on completion of the city block and architectural plan of two selected town houses. The first step is finding a suitable spatial arrangement and construction programme. The study conforms to the street modification designed by the winner of second place in the ideas competition on Mendel Square (2018). The next step is creating an optimal layout of each floor. The architectural study comprises of organizing the parterre and connected public space, designing the courtyard and parking spaces.
