Abstract: [slo] [eng]

Keywords: different ways of how polarization occurs and its practical applications. Furthermore it describes the types of optical fibres that we are using in our thesis which are fibres; Master‘s thesis contains the theory of polarized light; so called polarization-maintaining fibres. Theory furthermore deals with understanding of displaying polarization with help of Poincaré sphere and Stokes vectors. Practical part of the thesis deals with the observation of the changes of parametres on the sensoric fiber when there is change of temperature in surroundings of the fiber and graphical representation of the values into graphs collected with polarimeter and power meter. In the conclusion there is discussion over the measured values and evaluation of the measurement.; that can maintain the polarization
