[cze][eng] Název práce: Aktuální trendy v tréninku mimo led v etapě ročního tréninkového cyklu v kategorii starších žáků Cíle práce: V dostupné literatuře zmapovat teoretické zásady pro tvorbu tréninkových programů pro rozvoj pohybových schopností v ročním tréninkovém cyklu. Informace následně použít pro vytvoření tréninkových programů pro kategorii starších žáků. Metody práce: Pro zpracování teoretické části byla použita metoda sběru dat a studia odborné české i zahraniční literatury, ze které byly získávány informace o trendech v tréninku mimo led.
