Východiska: Vývoj ústavních specializovaných institucionalizovaných zařízení zaměřených na léčbu závislosti na alkoholu na našem historickém území má dlouholetou tradici. Započal již v roce 1911 podle konceptu švýcarského Ellikonu a švédského Eolshallu, kterými se inspiroval Bedřich Konařík a po vzoru založil první ústavní léčebnu Velké Kunčice, na kterou postupně navázaly další nově vznikající léčebná zařízení v Tuchlově a Istebnon nad Oravou. Provoz všech tří léčeben byl postupně přerušen a po druhé světové válce na našem území neexistovalo specializované zařízení pro léčbu závislostí. Až 7. září roku 1948 došlo ke vzniku samostatného protialkoholního oddělení u Apolináře pod vedením MUDr. Jaroslava Skály. Rok 1948 je tedy klíčovým pro rozvoj a vznik prvního samostatného oddělení pro léčbu závislostí, a proto analyzované chorobopisy pochází z toho období. Cíl: Cílem této výzkumné práce je detailně zmapovat a popsat strukturu chorobopisů Apolinářských pacientů v roce 1948. Metody: Pro sběr dat byla použita obsahová analýza historických dokumentů, které byly následně fixovány do digitální podoby. Na analýzu sesbíraných dat byla aplikována metoda kódování, vytváření trsů a metoda prostého výčtu. Výsledky: Analyzováním souboru chorobopisů se podařilo vytvořit náhled na základní strukturu chorobopisu,... Background: The development of specialized institutionalized facilities for the treatment of alcohol addiction in our historical territory has a long tradition. It began as early as 1911, based on the concept of Ellikon and Eolshall, which inspired Bedřich Konařík, who, following their example, founded the first institution of this kind in Czechia, in Velké Kunčice, followed by other newly emerging treatment facilities in Tuchlov and Istebnon nad Oravou. The operation of all three treatment centers was gradually discontinued and after World War II there was no specialized facility for the treatment of addictions in our country. It was not until 7th September 1948 that an autonomuos alcohol department was established at Apolinář under the guidance of MUDr. Jaroslav Skála. The year 1948 is crucial for the development and creation of the first independent department for the treatment of addictions, therefore the analyzed medical records date back to that period. Aims: The aim of this research is to thoroughly map and describe the structure of medical records of Apolinar patients from 1948. Methods: Content analysis of historical documents was used for data collection, which were subsequently fixed into digital form.
