Název diplomové práce: Současné poznatky o vlivu léčiv na mužskou fertilitu Mezi různými typy nežádoucích účinků klinicky užívaných léčiv se vyskytuje i negativní působení na mužské reprodukční funkce. Vzhledem k obecnému trendu poklesu plodnosti u mužů a rostoucímu užívání léčiv v mladších věkových skupinách se jeví tato problematika jako důležitá a aktuální. Cílem této diplomové práce bylo vytvořit přehled shrnující současné odborné znalosti v oblasti vlivu léčiv na mužskou fertilitu. Za tímto účelem bylo provedeno vyhledání relevantních publikací dostupných v databázi PubMed, provedena jejich analýza a vytvořen text typu rešeršní práce. Vypracovaný přehled je zaměřen především na skupiny léčiv, která jsou v dnešní době často užívaná a diskutovaná ve vztahu k mužské fertilitě, jako jsou léčiva působící na kardiovaskulární systém, antimikrobiální léčiva, léčiva používaná v terapii bolesti, antidepresiva, antiepileptika, antipsychotika, imunosupresiva, a některá další léčiva. Vedle standardních léčiv jsou v práci zmíněny i významnější přírodní látky, s kterými se u pacientů můžeme běžně setkat jako s doplňkovou léčbou různých... Title of diploma thesis: Recent knowledge on drug effect on male fertility Among the various types of side effects presented in clinically used drugs, negative effects on male reproductive functions can be find. This issue seems to be important and current especially due to the general trend of the decrease in fertility in men and the increasing drug use in younger age groups. The aim of this diploma thesis was to create an overview summarizing current expert knowledge on the effect of drugs on male fertility. For this purpose, we selected relevant publications in the PubMed database, perform their analysis and create the text ofthe thesis. The review focuses mainly on groups of drugs that are often clinically used and discussed in relation to male fertility, such as drugs acting on the cardiovascular system, antimicrobial drugs, drugs used in pain therapy, antidepressants, antiepileptics, antipsychotics, immunosuppressants and some other drugs.
