(česky) Tato bakalářská práce se zaměřuje na téma mapování zátěže multidisciplinárních týmů v domovech pro seniory se syndromem demence. Teoretická část popisuje základní pojmy týkající se tématu této práce. Zabývá se syndromem demence a jeho prevalencí, domovy pro seniory a pojmem formálního pečujícího v rámci multidisciplinárního týmu. Rovněž je představen biografický model péče a je vysvětlen pojem zátěže pečujícího. Praktická část se věnuje vyhodnocení zátěže formálních pečujících pomocí kvantitativního dotazníkového šetření. Tento průzkum se odehrával ve čtyřech domovech, ve kterých je zaveden model biografické péče. Cílem této práce je zmapovat a definovat oblasti zátěže, které pečující vnímá. Dalším cílem je zjistit rozdíly vnímání zátěže v závislosti na věku a délce praxe pečujícího. (in English): This bachelor thesis is focused on the topic of mapping distress of multidisciplinary teams in the retirement houses for seniors with dementia syndrome. The theoretical part describes the basic concepts associated with the topic of this thesis. It deals with the dementia syndrome and its prevalence, retirement houses and the concept od formal carer within the multidisciplinary team. The biographical model of care is also introduced and the concept of the caregiver burden is explained. The practical part deals with evaluation of the caregiver burden of formal carers through quantiative questionnaire survey. The survey was conducted at four homes where the biographical model of care is implemented. The aim of this thesis is to map and define the areas of care where the caregiver feels the most distress. Another aim is to find out the differences in feeling of distress depending on the age and length of the caregivers'work experience.
