Název: Plavecký trénink mládeže v kategoriích U11 - U15 v oddílech moderního pětiboje v České republice. Cíle: Cílem práce bylo zjistit, jakým způsobem probíhá plavecký trénink moderních pětibojařů v kategoriích U11 - U15 v největších a nejúspěšnějších oddílech v České republice. Na základě vyhodnocení zjištěných dat a jejich porovnáním se závodními výsledky dále vyvodit závěr o tom, který způsob plavecké přípravy mladých moderních pětibojařů je tím nejefektivnějším. Respektive potvrdit nebo vyvrátit domněnku, že čím vyšší hodnoty tréninková příprava vykazuje, tím lepších závodních výsledků je dosahováno. Současně byl vedle samostatné plavecké disciplíny stejný postup aplikován i pro moderní víceboj jako celek. Metody: Data o tréninkovém procesu vybraných oddílů byla získávána metodou dotazování. Data závodních výsledků těchto oddílů byla získána prostřednictvím veřejného přístupu k nim na oficiálních webových stránkách Českého svazu moderního pětiboje. Zpracování a vyhodnocení tréninkových dat proběhlo jejich převedením na porovnatelnou kvantitativní úroveň pomocí bodování, přidělování vah faktorům, či průměrování. Zpracování závodních dat proběhlo analýzou závodních výsledků. Pro vyvození závěrů byla použita metoda srovnávání zjištěných dat. Výsledky: Výsledkem práce je vyhodnocení a srovnání dat... Title: Swimming training of U11 - U15 categories in modern pentathlon clubs in the Czech Republic. Aims: The aim of this thesis was to find out what does the swimming training in U11 - U15 categories look like in major and the most successful modern penatathlon clubs in the Czech Republic. By the means of evaluation of training data from these clubs and their comparison to the competition results a conclusion was drawn about which method is the most effective in the training of swimming discipline. This thesis should confirm or disprove the assumption, the higher is the rating of the training process, the better competiton results are achieved. Not only for the training of swimming discipline, the same research is also made for the whole training in modern pentathlon with the same assumptions. Methods: The data from selected pentathlon clubs about their training process were obtained by the method of questioning. The competition results were obtained through public access on the official website of the Czech Union of Modern Pentathlon. The training data was processed and evaluated by converting them to a comparable quantitative level using scoring, weighting factors, or averaging.
